We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional with solid knowledge of the IT services sector who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and can work well on their own initiative. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunities to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure. 

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding targets. They must be able to bring new ideas and suggest improvements to our lead generation process that motivate and encourage potential customers to engage with us. They will have experience in creating and running lead generation campaigns for a services-based IT business including knowledge of how to engage with new customers face to face as well as through Linkedin, industry conferences and customer seminars. Experience of the complete lead generation life cycle including customer nurture is essential.

This position will be based in the UK and the candidate must be willing and able to travel to meet face to face with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities; Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities; Assess and analyse each prospect; Provide engaging and articulate information about Estafet’s value proposition to potential customers. Maintain well organised, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports.
  • Sales Management: Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle; Efficient management of the sales pipeline using Estafet’s processes; Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of our capabilities. Meet personal targets and work towards Estafet’s sales goals and profitability.
  • Communication: Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars, and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship. Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with company colleagues; Provide accurate and timely information as required to senior management; Be proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter. Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business ethics.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong knowledge of Estafet’s services in order to facilitate the sales process; Understand how the benefits of Estafet’s services can meet customer’s needs in our target business verticals.
