Angelina Koutsomitopoulou possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for the Balkans at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Angelina has previously held significant roles at Piraeus Bank, including Senior Director for Organizational Development & Internal Communications and for People Development & Culture, as well as Group Risk Management focusing on Risk Culture. At COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A., Angelina's roles included Recruitment, HR Development & Change Management Director, HR Director for Commercial Activities, and HR Business Partner for Commercial Functions. Angelina holds an MSc in International Management from the University of Reading and a BSc in Management & Organizational Behavior from The American College of Greece, Deree College.
