Christina Han, MBA, JD, is an experienced executive with a robust background in business transformation and strategy development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Director of Strategy & Transformation at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Christina has held key positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President in the Business Transformation Office and Vice President of Performance Development. Additionally, experiences at Bright Light Services, Gallup, and Ernst & Young have contributed to Christina's expertise in management consulting and organizational development. Christina holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
