Geeta Mahindroo

Geeta Mahindroo currently serves as the Vice President of Global Finance and HR and GBS Technology Leader at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2022. Geeta Mahindroo has previously held the position of Sr. IT Director for Supply Chain Business Technology at Johnson & Johnson from February 2008 to July 2022, managing technology initiatives for global Consumer Health Manufacturing. Additional roles at Johnson & Johnson included leadership positions in business technology for finance and procurement, as well as in learning and talent systems. Geeta Mahindroo began professional tenure at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in June 2005 as an Information Technology Lead. Educational credentials include completion of the Estee Lauder Companies Executive Leadership Program from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MGM College of Engineering & Technology.
