Gualberto Hernandez

Gualberto Hernandez is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. At The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Gualberto serves as Chief Financial Officer for Latin America and Vice President of Finance & Strategy for Emerging Markets, overseeing significant financial operations. Previously, Gualberto held leadership roles at LA MER as Vice President and General Manager for Latin America and at SEPHORA as Chief Operating Officer for Finance and Operations in Latin America. Gualberto's background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Fendi in North America and as Controller and Finance Director at Parfums Christian Dior for Latin America and the Caribbean. Earlier in the career, Gualberto contributed as Treasurer for Kraft Foods International's Southern Cone region and held various financial analysis and planning roles. Gualberto holds an MBA in Finance from Universidad del CEMA and a B.A. in Accountancy from Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
