Katherine Cuadra

Katherine Cuadra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee lifecycle management, data processing, and administrative support. Since January 2018, Katherine has served as a Senior Employee Services HR Representative at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining employee records, and overseeing sensitive data management in Oracle HRIS and Taleo. Prior to this role, Katherine worked as a Data Processing Senior Associate at NTT DATA, focusing on information collection and remote diagnostics, and held multiple positions at CSC - Credit Service Center, including Loan Analyst and HR Assistant. Early career experiences included roles in customer service and administration at Panama Legal and in the entertainment industry with Extreme Planet & Bennigans. Katherine holds a Licenciatura en Publicidad from Universidad de Panamá and is currently pursuing a Técnico en Recursos Humanos at Centro Tecnico de Estudios Superiores.
