Katherine Rodriguez

Katherine Rodriguez is a well-experienced chemical engineer with a strong background in the cosmetics and cleaning product industries. Currently serving as a Senior Chemical Engineer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since March 2019, Katherine previously held the position of Research & Innovation Senior Chemical Engineer at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included optimizing production processes for new formulations. Prior to that, as a Global Home Cleaning Process Development Engineer at SC Johnson, Katherine contributed to the production testing and process development of cleaning products. Earlier career experience includes roles at Rovince HVACR, where Katherine managed administrative tasks. Katherine holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan University.
