Kathy Hess has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, having held key positions in multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Indirect Procurement at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Kathy previously worked as the Head of Professional Services Sourcing at Two Sigma and as a Senior Manager of Sourcing for Corporate Services at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Kathy's background also includes roles in Global Supply Chain at Mastercard and as a Sourcing and Category Manager for North America at Accenture. Kathy holds a degree in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, from Mercy University.
