Kuldeep Sharma

Kuldeep Sharma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data governance and project management. Currently serving as Executive Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2023, Kuldeep previously held the position of Senior Manager of Data Governance for Enterprise Data at The Hershey Company from August 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Kuldeep worked at Cognizant from July 2015 to August 2021 in various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Projects, after progressing from a Senior Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions between February 2012 and July 2015. Kuldeep began the professional career at Infosys as a Technology Analyst from July 2006 to February 2012. Academically, Kuldeep holds an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from N C College of Engineering.
