Lorna Dragon is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in packaging development and innovation within The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Since February 2003, Lorna has held multiple key roles, currently serving as Executive Director, 360 Creative Design & Innovation Lead, where responsibilities include driving upstream innovation and collaborating with corporate and brand partners. Previous positions include Executive Director for New Brands Empowerment Packaging and Retail Channel & Sampling Packaging Innovation, showcasing expertise in leading teams in sustainable packaging, product launches, and mergers and acquisitions. Lorna's educational background includes an EMBA from Rutgers University and a BS & BA in Packaging and Graphic Design from Michigan State University. Lorna also gained early experience as a Packaging Engineer intern at UPS, focused on compliance and technical reporting.
