Naresh Rajanna

Naresh Rajanna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and transformation, holding leadership roles in prominent companies. At The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Naresh served as Global Head of Supply, overseeing various supply chain functions, and as VP COE, driving productivity improvements through AI and digitization. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Supply Chain Management at PepsiCo, focusing on warehousing and operational optimization, and positions at Whirlpool Corporation and i2 Technologies in supply chain forecasting and consulting. Naresh began a career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Williams Pyro Inc., where notable achievements include holding a patent and serving as Principal Investigator for a significant U.S. Navy grant.
