Tanya Uddin

Tanya Uddin is a seasoned professional in the cosmetics industry with extensive experience in scientific roles. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since September 2020, Uddin previously held a similar position at Revlon Inc. from March 2018 to September 2020. Prior to that, Uddin worked as a Claims/Sensory Substantiation Analyst at Coty and as an Associate Scientist at BASF. Uddin began a career in leadership and service as a Fellow at the Colin L. Powell Center for Leadership and Service and gained early experience as an intern at Sakhi for South Asian Women. Uddin holds a Master's degree in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree from The City College of New York, earned from 2009 to 2014.
