Nathalie Herman

Nathalie Herman is an experienced QA Engineer currently working at ScioTeq since March 2019 and has been in a similar role at Esterline since September 2015, specifically focusing on avionics. In these positions, Nathalie controls performance against the quality management system, establishes standards, sets quality assurance objectives, and reports key performance indicators (KPIs). Earlier, Nathalie served as a customer quality engineer at WAAK BW vzw from March 2003 to August 2015. Nathalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
