Agustí Domingo Reig

Agustí Domingo Reig has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Agustí began their career as a Financial Advisor at CaixaBank in 2001. Agustí then worked as a Financial Controller and Project Manager at Generalitat de Catalunya from 2002 to 2005. After that, they joined Michael Page International as a Senior Financial Consultant from 2005 to 2006.

In 2007, Agustí had an internship at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Italy, where they worked in the Financial Department as an MBA intern. Agustí then transitioned to Novartis in 2008 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Agustí started as part of the International Career Development Program and served as a Strategic Assistant to the CEO of Spain. Later, they became a Regional Sales Manager for Hospital/Specialty Care products before being promoted to a Head of Sales for Infectious Diseases. From 2011 to 2013, they took on the role of a Senior Brand Manager for Ophthalmics, where they strategically redefined the positioning of the Lucentis brand and achieved the HR Award Turnaround by Lucentis.

Agustí continued their career at Novartis as a Transplant & Rare Diseases Business Manager from 2016 to 2018, where they led the integrated strategy for the Immunology area and achieved significant sales growth for Certican. Agustí then became the National Head of Sales for Diabetes & Respiratory (COPD) from 2018 to 2020, leading sales strategies for the region and driving sales performance and market share. From 2020 to 2022, they held the role of Hospital National Head of Sales Respiratory (Asthma), maximizing the leadership of Xolair in the market and developing hospital sales teams.

Currently, Agustí Domingo Reig is employed at ESTEVE since 2023, where they serve as the Sales Director Pharma Spain. In this role, they lead a sales team in various therapeutical areas such as Central Nervous System, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiometabolism, and Pain. Agustí reports to the General Manager and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
