Izabela Maria Seregin

Izabela Maria Seregin has work experience as the Co-founder & CEO of estigiti, a European consultancy in Embedded Systems, Edge AI, and IoT. Izabela Maria co-founded the company in 2020 and is focused on delivering the best remote team and talent experience to CTOs and VPs of Engineering. Prior to this, they worked as a Kierownik biura at THAUMATEC Sp. z o. o. from 2015 to 2020, and also held the same role at Szkoła Podstawowa from 2003 to 2010.

Izabela Maria Seregin has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Izabela Maria also has a Magister (Mgr) degree in Management, with a specialization in Strategic Management and Leadership, from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in ISO 9001:2018 Internal Auditor from DEKRA in April 2018 and Kuźnia Kadr 4 from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu (formerly known as Akademia Ekonomiczna im. Oskara Langego we Wrocławiu) in January 2015.
