Isaiah Joe, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Isaiah recently joined Estis Compression in 2022 as an Operations Project Manager. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at Halliburton, starting as an Associate Material Control Specialist and then transitioning to a role as a Service Coordinator. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Production & Manufacturing Scheduler at RPS Solutions. Before that, they gained valuable experience as an Area Manager with Amazon from 2016 to 2017. Isaiah also worked as a Server/Bar at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen from 2013 to 2016 and as a Laboratory Technician at Universal Pressure Pumping, INC in 2012. Isaiah'searlier work experience includes roles as a Server Trainer/Expo Line/Key at Logan's Roadhouse from 2009 to 2012.

Isaiah Joe, MBA, has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration and industrial engineering. Isaiah earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Texas - Permian Basin, where they attended from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University - Engineering, completing their studies from 2008 to 2016. Isaiah began their educational journey at Odessa High School, where they received their High School diploma in General Studies from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Isaiah Joe holds the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification, which they obtained from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in January 2019.
