Will Nelle

Will Nelle has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Will began their career as a Design Engineer Intern at J-W Energy Company in 2002 and later transitioned to the role of a Technical Service Engineer. In this position, they supported a fleet of 3000 natural gas compressors across the US, focusing on reducing life cycle costs and increasing equipment reliability. Will also provided training to service technicians and customers.

In 2012, Will joined McClung Energy Services as a Sales and Engineering Manager. Will served as the lead engineering and sales representative for the company, working to understand client needs and market trends in order to establish a competitive lineup of natural gas compression equipment. Will held this position until 2017.

From 2017, Will has been working at Estis Compression, where they initially served as the Permian Regional Manager. In this role, they managed operations in the Permian region. Will Nelle attended LeTourneau University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
