Erin Birkett

Erin Birkett is currently working at esure Group as the Talent, Learning & Culture Lead, focusing on driving transformation through nurturing talent and fostering a vibrant culture. Previously, Erin held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group from 2015 to 2021, where they served as Innovation Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Business Manager, and Insurance Strategy Consultant. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Real Good Food plc. Erin has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter and completed their A Levels at Sexey's School in Bruton.
