Georgia Lashley

Georgia Lashley has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Georgia began their career as a Cabin Crew member at British Airways from May 2014 to November 2015. Georgia then worked as a Candidate Consultant at Office Angels, providing administrative support and conducting candidate screening from November 2015 to September 2016. After that, they joined Clearwater People Solutions Ltd as a Delivery Consultant in IT and Business Solutions, progressing to the role of Senior Delivery Consultant from September 2016 to February 2019. Georgia then moved to Domestic & General as a Resourcing Advisor, where they led recruitment efforts, worked with stakeholders, and sourced talent from March 2019 to November 2019. Currently, they are employed at esure Group as a Talent Acquisition Lead, responsible for talent acquisition strategies.
