James Ashdown

James Ashdown has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in pricing and analytics. James is currently working as the Pricing Innovation Lead at esure Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Pricing Manager - Motor at esure Group from September 2018 to March 2022. James also worked as a Pricing Manager - Home at Direct Line Group from April 2016 to August 2018. Before that, James held the position of Senior Analyst at esure Group from April 2015 to April 2016. James began their career at Aviva Canada as a Senior R&D Analyst from April 2013 to March 2015. James also worked at Aviva as a Senior Pricing Analyst - Commercial from May 2012 to April 2013 and as a Senior Pricing Analyst - Motor from June 2008 to May 2012.
