Michelle McGowan

Michelle McGowan currently works at esure Group as a Consumer Insights Specialist. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Momenta Operations where Michelle started as a Data gatherer and was promoted to a complaint handler. Michelle later joined the FOS team and eventually became a Quality Assurance for the FOS team. Michelle also has experience as a Production Operator at Philips Lighting and Keihin Europe. Additionally, Michelle worked as an Administrative Assistant at Iron Mountain and as a Sales Assistant at Wm Morrison Supermarkets. Michelle completed their education at Earnock High School and Motherwell College, earning a HNC in business administration.
