Charlie Wang's work experience includes various roles in customer success management and account management.

From 2022, Charlie has been working as the Manager of Client Experience at Esusu.

Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Charlie worked at Visier Inc. in different roles. Initially, as a Senior Customer Success Manager (Team Lead), their responsibilities expanded to include management-focused tasks such as interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members, implementing system migrations and tools, and improving processes for a better customer experience. Charlie also directly managed clients and successfully improved their NPS scores. Later, as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Charlie focused on strategic consultation and success plans, managing larger clients and handling escalated accounts.

Before Visier, from 2018 to 2020, Charlie held positions at RentMoola. As a Senior Manager of Sales and Strategic Accounts, they had a specialized focus on the growth of the company's largest strategic clients and partners. Charlie also worked as a Manager of Partnerships and Sales, where they built and scaled sales, account management, and customer success teams. Charlie successfully implemented onboarding and retention strategies, transitioned the client base to a SaaS model, and significantly increased net revenue and active users. Prior to that, Charlie worked as a Partnership Manager at RentMoola.

In 2016, Charlie worked at MuseFind as part of the Growth and Partnerships team, where they helped establish a strong sales foundation and mentored a team that doubled their monthly recurring revenue.

Charlie's earliest work experience was at Xerox, where they held the position of Senior Account Manager in the Canadian Western Market Center. Their responsibilities involved outbound sales, account management, establishing partnerships, and building long-term relationships with clients across various market verticals. Charlie was also recognized for their exceptional performance, achieving Presidents Club and top 1% status within the company.

Charlie Wang attended the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Their degree focused on Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. In addition to their degree, Charlie has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they received a certificate in People Analytics from the Josh Bersin Academy. In February 2023, Charlie completed the Foundations in Customer Education program offered by Skilljar. Lastly, in April 2023, they obtained an Esusu Certification from Esusu.
