Danielle Ramos has a diverse work experience with a range of roles in different companies. Danielle started their career as a Practicum Trainee at Richmonde Hotels in 2013. After that, they joined Richmonde Hotels again in 2014 and held various sales and marketing positions, including Sales Assistant, Sales & Marketing Associate, Sales Account Manager, and Senior Sales Account Manager. In 2018, they moved to Marco Polo Ortigas Manila and worked as a Sales Manager until 2020. In 2020, they joined SiteMinder as a Sales Executive for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Esusu, where they started as a Sales Support Associate in 2021 and gradually progressed to the roles of Customer Support Team Lead and currently holds the position of Customer Support Manager.
Danielle Ramos graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Danielle has also obtained additional certifications, including "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Dealing with Difficult People in Your Office," "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager," "Managing a Customer Contact Center," "Cybersecurity Awareness Training," and "ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate" from institutions such as LinkedIn Learning and ESET North America.
