Kristin Schuhrke

Kristin Hart Schuhke is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and renewable energy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate at esVolta, LP since May 2023. In this role, Kristin oversees all real estate functions throughout the project development lifecycle, ensuring effective land diligence and site control management. Previously, Kristin held various positions at 174 Power Global from May 2019 to April 2023, including Director of GIS / Greenfield Development, where efforts were focused on developing a pipeline of utility-scale solar and energy projects. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles in GIS at Padre Associates, Inc. and JDL Mapping, along with consulting for wind energy projects at Clipper Windpower. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Environmental Studies, and Geology from UC Santa Barbara.
