Lior Kessel

Lior Kessel has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Lior started their career at Adwiser as the Director of Professional Services and Product Management. Lior then joined WorkplaceIQ as the Director of Professional Services, where they managed three critical departments in a real estate software provider. After that, Lior joined Verint as the VP of R&D, managing a large team and overseeing numerous development projects. Lior also served as the Senior Director and Head of R&D Cyber Delivery, rapidly building a new organization and delivering a national-level product. Most recently, Lior worked at ESW Capital as the Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations. Currently, they are the Director and Head of R&D Operations at Applied Materials, leading software execution in a multi-disciplinary organization and implementing Agile methodologies for over 500 engineers. Overall, Lior has a proven track record of improving productivity, delivering high-quality results, and successfully managing large-scale projects.
