Director Transformation Delivery at ESW

Christina Killen has extensive experience in finance transformation and process improvement. Christina currently works at ESW as the Director of Transformation Delivery, where they are responsible for designing and delivering the transformation operating model, governance framework, and methodology. Christina also manages the overall finance transformation program, including projects in revenue, procure to pay, and ERP implementation. Prior to ESW, Christina worked at ANZ as the Finance Transformation and Process Improvement Manager, driving transformation and change readiness activities. Christina also served as the Financial Governance Manager, developing a new governance model and driving change management activities. Before that, Christina worked at EnergyAustralia as the Internal Control Manager, leading the internal control team to develop a control framework and deliver enterprise-wide control assurance and improvements. Christina also partnered with stakeholders to deliver business change and readiness activities. Christina's earlier experience includes working at Protiviti as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit, where they managed a Lean Six Sigma project to improve the mortgages process. Christina also worked at Burberry UK as an Internal Audit Manager, delivering operational and financial audits and improving processes. Additionally, Christina worked at National Australia Bank as an Internal Audit Manager, focusing on group technology and major projects, and at Deloitte Australia as an Internal Audit Manager in the enterprise risk services division. Throughout their career, Christina has demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering transformation initiatives, implementing governance frameworks, and improving processes through lean six sigma methodologies.

Christina Killen's education history includes obtaining a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a focus on Accounting and Economics, from Monash University in 2003. In terms of professional certifications, Christina has also obtained the Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt certification in Process Improvement, Change and Readiness. Christina has also completed additional certifications in Agile Project Management from Agile and PRINCE 2 Project Management from the Institute of Project Management.
