David Porras

David Porras has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. David is currently working as the Director of Payment & Risk Operations at ESW since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Of Omnichannel Payments & Fraud EME at SEPHORA from March 2020 to October 2021. David also has experience working at L'Oréal in multiple roles such as Payments & Fraud Manager, Payments & eCustomer Care Manager Western Europe, Business Planner, Customer Supply Optimizer, and Information Management Market Supply Logistics. David worked at L'Oréal from 2009 to 2020. Before that, they worked as an Event and Image Assistant at Kering in 2008. David also has experience as a Creator and Developer for Eminence magazine in 2006 and as an Analyst and Writer for Moneda Newspaper in the same year.

David Porras attended Lycée Jules Verne Guatemala from 1987 to 2003 and obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Economique et Social. David then went on to Aix-Marseille University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Licence Administration Economique et Juridique degree in Economie, Droit. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of international business degree in International Manager at Grenoble Ecole de Management. From 2009 to 2011, David pursued a Master Pro 2 degree in Transports Internationaux at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained various certifications such as the Certified Payments and Fraud Prevention Professional Certificate from MRC | Merchant Risk Council in 2023 and the Cybersecurity Basics - MOOC SecNumacadémie from ANSSI - Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information in 2020, among others.
