Meghann Jackson BCom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Meghann currently holds the position of Director of Global Commercial Management at ESW, a leading eCommerce turnkey DTC solution provider. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the commercial supply chain and managing 40% of the company's overall revenue. Meghann has also served as the Head of Global Commercial Management and Head of Global Sourcing at ESW, where they played a crucial role in driving margin improvement, expanding trade partnerships, and increasing revenue. Prior to ESW, they worked as a Senior Buyer at Fónua Ltd., where they managed accessories and procurement for Vodafone and other telcos. Meghann also has experience as an eCommerce Merchandising Manager at Staples Australia/New Zealand, where they focused on driving online sales and managing global suppliers. Earlier in their career, Meghann worked as a Buyer & Category Manager at Earls Kitchen + Bar and served as a Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Scotiabank. Meghann started their career as an Accounting Assistant at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP. Meghann Jackson BCom has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Manitoba, which they received in 2007. In 2009, they pursued Executive Education in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management at The University of British Columbia. Currently, they are in progress of obtaining a Diploma in Procurement & Supply from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, with a focus on Contexts of Procurement, Contracts Management, Sourcing & Business Needs, and Negotiating. In 2022, they are also planning to complete a Certificate in MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
