Kholiwe Shongwe

Kholiwe Shongwe is an experienced telecommunications and IT professional with a diverse background in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Roaming Coordinator and NOC Engineer at Eswatini Mobile since August 2017, Kholiwe has also held positions such as Data Capturer and Business Support Admin within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an IT Technician at Lula ICT Solutions and as a Technician at PC Systems, with an earlier role as an Assistant IT Officer at SiyeSwatini TransMagnific. Kholiwe holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Eswatini, expected in October 2024, and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, completed in 2016.
