Chad Langhans

Chad Langhans is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying, software reselling, and construction management. Since July 2008, Chad has owned CSP Construction Technology, specializing in takeoff systems for various materials and serving as a reseller for eTakeOff Dimension takeoff software. In addition to this role, Chad has been a reseller for eTakeoff, Inc. since January 2011, developing software add-ins tailored for specific construction trades. Prior to these ventures, Chad served as Framing Manager at Lucas & Mercier Construction from 1999 to 2008 and was President of Cedar Ridge Contractors, Inc. from 1980 to 1993. Chad's educational background includes studies at Palomar College and the Defense Language Institute, where Spanish was a focus.
