Felana Rasolo

Felana RASOLO is a Business Developer at eTech since July 2017, specializing in client prospecting through phone and social media, contract negotiations, client relationship management, collaboration with technical teams, partnership development, and communication support creation. Prior to eTech, Felana held positions as a Customer Advisor at Outremer Telecom from September to November 2016 and as a Back-Office Officer at TELMA - Telecom Malagasy from November 2015 to March 2016. Felana obtained a Licence Professionnelle in Gestion Informatique from IS-Info Ampasamadinika (2011-2014) and completed a Sales Techniques certification at Kentia Formation in 2017, along with a training course in Informatics from the Ministère de la Fonction Publique, du Travail et des Lois Sociales.
