Hans Bukow

Hans Bukow is the CEO and Co-Founder of eTeki, a provider of technical screening and interviewing solutions for IT professionals. Hans has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, including executive and leadership positions at startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Previously, they were the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Sales for Cloud Products at Smart ERP Solutions Inc., where they helped the company grow from 300 to over 1,000 employees and led the acquisition of Provade. Hans also served as President & CEO of Provade from 2014 to 2018.

Before that, they were a startup mentor at StartupTV and the inventor/founder of SmartWallPlate, a patented technology for hiding cords and wires behind walls. Hans has also consulted for Americas-Europe Corporate-Business Development Consulting.

Hans has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from INSEAD.

Hans Bukow has a BSME from Union College, where they also studied economics abroad in Germany. Hans has a MSME from Purdue University in the field of Advanced Controls & Automation - Robotics - CAD/CAM. Hans also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition, they have a certification from GitLab Inc. in Remote Work Management - How to Manage a Remote Team and a certification from Certified Coach: Expert in OKRs, alignment and measurement in OKR Expert.
