Patricia Guerrero Maffei

Patricia Guerrero Maffei has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Patricia worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Americas at Etex starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TK Elevator from 2018 to 2023, where they held roles such as Regional Talent and Recruiting Specialist and Regional Talent & Recruiting Analyst for Latin America. At MetLife, they worked from 2014 to 2018, holding roles such as Sr. Talent Management Analyst and Talent Acquisition Analyst. Patricia also gained experience as an HR intern at Forex Chile in 2013 and as a Clinical Psychologist Intern at Policlínico el Salto from 2012 to 2013.

Patricia Guerrero Maffei obtained a Diploma in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2014. From 2008 to 2013, they studied Psychology at Universidad de los Andes (CL), specializing in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in Organizational Management in 2010-2012, focusing on Organizational Psychology. Patricia also attended Colegio Internacional Nido de Águilas from 2001 to 2007. In terms of certifications, they earned several badges from Dot Native, including Channels to Market, Customer Centricity, Digital Culture, Digital Imperative, Organizational Agility, and Unlocking Data, all in 2018.
