Richard Wyman is a seasoned restaurant operations professional with extensive experience in front-of-house management. Currently serving as the Director of FOH Operations at Ethan Stowell Restaurants since March 2023, Richard has previously held leadership positions, including Director of Operations at Flatstick Pub and General Manager at Ethan Stowell Restaurants. Additional roles include Beverage Director at Wild Ginger / The Triple Door and General Manager at Fukushu Restaurant Concepts. Richard began a significant career in the restaurant industry with RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, progressing from corporate training roles to management over nearly a decade.
