Bethel Ayele

Bethel Ayele is a Senior Customer Service Representative at Ethiopian Airlines, having worked in various customer service roles since June 2019. Bethel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harmaya University and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing and Ticketing from Ethiopian Airlines aviation academy. Bethel recently completed their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from YOM postgraduate college. Currently, Bethel serves as the QMS and SMS Officer at Ethiopian Airlines.
