Michael Yohannes possesses extensive experience in the airline industry, having served in various leadership roles at Ethiopian Airlines since May 2003, including Director of the Global Customer Interaction Centre, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Southern Africa, and Country Director for the UK and Ireland.
