Nicole Hager

Nicole Hager is a professional with diverse experience in refugee services and behavioral health. Currently serving as a Program Specialist for the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc. since April 2023, Nicole focuses on pre-arrival processing at ECDC Headquarters. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Reception and Placement Case Manager at ECDC-ACC-DC from December 2021 to April 2023, supporting refugee clients through various stages of integration. Earlier experience includes serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, where responsibilities involved providing health care services to young clients. Additionally, Nicole interned at the Scalabrini Centre of Cape Town, assisting refugees and migrants with employment access. Nicole holds a degree from Clemson University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
