Teshome Takele (PhD)

Teshome Takele (PhD) has extensive experience in humanitarian work and organizational leadership. Since February 2018, Teshome has been a Humanitarian Worker at the Ethiopian Red Cross Society. Concurrently, Teshome has served as an Executive Assistant for UISDP & TDC since June 2014. Previously, from October 2014 to August 2023, Teshome held the title of Chief Executive Officer at UISD, TDC ERCS. Teshome's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership from Parul Institute of Management & Research Development, a Master of Arts in Community Development from Hawassa University, and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Vancouver Island University, USA. Additionally, Teshome earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Community Development, Leadership, and Sociology.
