Patricia Sianu has extensive work experience in customer service and client support roles. Patricia is currently the Head of EMEA and APAC Client Support at Ethixbase since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Ethixbase from September 2021 to October 2022, where they focused on providing ongoing support, building client relationships, and promoting value through client experience. From June 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Head of Customer Service at Ethixbase, where they ensured high client advocacy and resolved client queries in a timely manner. Before joining Ethixbase, Patricia worked as a Regional Customer Service Manager at IFRS Foundation from February 2019 to May 2019, where they partnered with clients to resolve issues and conducted training sessions. Patricia also has experience at GENPACT, where they held roles such as Senior Process Associate and Process Associate, with responsibilities including workflow improvement, reviewing team tasks, and providing customer service. Patricia has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships throughout their career.
Patricia Sianu has a diverse education history. In 2012, they enrolled at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and completed it in 2015. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Public Speaking Secrets in 2015.
Following their undergraduate studies, Patricia went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Patricia'sfocus was in Business Administration and Management, and they successfully completed their degree in 2017.
To further enhance their skill set, in 2018 Patricia attended the Instituto Cervantes for an Advanced Business Spanish Course, indicating their interest in language acquisition for professional purposes.
In addition to their formal education, Patricia obtained a certification in Managing People and Teams from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in February 2023. This certification suggests their commitment to developing their leadership capabilities and managing teams effectively.
