Meryl Hill, DMCP, CED is currently serving as the VP, Brand Strategy at ETHOS Event Collective. With a background in event management and creative services, Meryl has held various roles such as Director of Creative Services, General Manager, and Account Executive at 360 Destination Group. Prior to this, Meryl worked as an Account Manager at AlliedPRA Destination Management and Program Development Specialist at Convention Planning Services, Inc. Meryl's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Event Management and Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Florida State University.

A global crisis presented the team that created ETHOS with a unique opportunity to reflect upon how the hospitality industry was affected by a catastrophic disruption. Together, they had a moment of revelation to create a new company, change the things of the past that weren't working, and craft a culture that identified deeply with our core values.
