Jitendra Dahale

Jitendra Dahale has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jitendra started as a Programmer at Accurate Technical Services LLC in 1991, then moved to Citi in 1993 as a Project Lead, where they worked on the first ATM in India. Their career progressed to roles at Dow Jones, Oracle Corporation, and innovative positions at Cisco Systems, including being an IT Program Manager and Innovation Manager. Their entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found ETHOSH in 2011, where they acted as CEO, leading the company to maturity. Jitendra later became the Chief Strategy Officer at BlastPoint and then the Chief Operating Officer at ETHOSH in 2023, where they have been instrumental in driving business strategies and operations.

Jitendra Dahale completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology in 1991. Jitendra later pursued various certifications, including Project Management and Change Management Expert Certification from DeVry University in 2002, Lean Six Sigma certification from BITSPEC in 2004, and an Emerging Leadership Program from Cisco Networking Academy in 2005-2006. Jitendra then earned a Business Transformation Master Certificate from Cisco Networking Academy in 2009-2010. Recently, in 2021-2022, they attended the Stanford Seed Transformation Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Business, Strategy, and Commercialization.
