Kumaresan Govindan

Kumaresan Govindan is a skilled technician with extensive experience in rolling stock engineering and maintenance. Currently serving as a Locomotive & Wagon Technician at Etihad Rail since July 2023, Kumaresan previously worked at Keolis MHI from September 2021 to July 2023, focusing on maintenance and fault analysis of metro trains' systems. Prior to that, Kumaresan gained experience at Serco, where significant contributions were made to heavy maintenance of rolling stock, and at Alstom as a production team leader responsible for manufacturing metrics and maintenance scheduling. Early career experience at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. involved production tasks in automotive assembly. Kumaresan holds a diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology from nLp Polytechnic, completed in 2009.
