Yelena Mackay

Yelena Mackay has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2015 with their role as Director, Strategic Accounts EMEA at TeleSign. From there, they moved to InfoVista as Vice President, Sales Operations in 2016. In 2017, they were selected by the Global CFO of Workday to create, develop, and lead their centralised deals management and sales operations structure. In 2019, they were headhunted by the Head of Global Data Solutions at Schroders to act as Chief of Staff for a leadership team and drive change and capability across a newly formed software development team. In 2020, Yelena became an Investor and Advisor at Yuno Technologies and a Non Executive Director at ETIQ. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Business Operations at ZeroAvia and Investor at Tonus Tech. Finally, in 2022, they became a Visiting Fellow, Environment Mission at ZINC and a Startup Mentor at Techstars.
