Samer Shafie

Samer Shafie is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Business Partner at e& Egypt since March 2020, Samer previously held key positions including Director of Human Resources at A15 and Senior Manager of HR Operations at OT Ventures. Samer's expertise includes job evaluation methodologies, employee benefits administration, and conflict resolution. An alumnus of Helwan University Cairo with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Samer also enhanced professional skills through a Diploma in Human Resources Management from AUC's School of Continuing Education.
