Michael Christopher Dela Cruz currently serves as the Head of CX Strategy at e& UAE, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing CX strategy, developing a strategic roadmap and blueprint, and driving key programs and innovation. Prior to this role, Michael served at StarHub as the Head of CX Strategy & Insights from February 2019 to May 2024, and at Globe Telecom in various capacities including Director of Customer Experience Design and Head of Customer Communications from October 2008 to May 2024. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a major in Communications Technology Management and a minor in Marketing Management from Ateneo de Manila University, completed in 2009.
