Barış Pelitli

Barış Pelitli has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Barış has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career, starting with their current role as Principal Architect, Data Analytics at Etiya since 2023. Prior to this, Barış worked at Innova from 2017 to 2023, first as an Artificial Intelligence Expert and then as a Solutions Architect. During their time at Innova, they were involved in the Turk Telekom Dealer Commissioning System Project, where they improved the functionality and performance of the commissioning engine and reporting module, designed and developed modules for data integration with Turk Telekom's systems, and provided database consultancy.

Before joining Innova, Barış served as an IT Consultant at GCA Software in 2016 and as a Project Manager (Contractor) at Sentim (i-Sistem) Information Technologies in 2014. Barış also worked as an IT Consultant (Contractor) at Gemini Information Technologies from 2013 to 2014, where they contributed to the Social Security Integration Project by participating in the project management plan preparation team and performing analysis and design tasks.

Prior to this, Barış had a significant tenure at Turk Telekom, where they held the role of Program and Project Manager from 2010 to 2013. Barış managed the Enterprise Solutions Program at the Technology Presidency PMO and led various projects, including the Turk Telekom e-Health Platform Project and the Turk Telekom Facility Management System Project, which received the "Partners Across Borders" Award at the 2013 European Facility Management Conference.

Barış began their career at Innova in 2005, where they initially worked as a Project Manager, managing the implementation of patches on AVEA BPPS and Vodafone BPPS and leading the AVEA Binding Contract System Project and AVEA Credit/Minute Reload with Loyalty Points Project. Barış later served as a Senior Application Development Consultant, leading the application development team and performing analysis, design, and implementation tasks. Barış also held the position of Application Development Consultant during this time.

In addition to their work at Innova, Barış has previous experience as an Oracle Consultant at Emek Bilişim / Vizyon Information Technologies, where they managed the database for the T. R. Retirement Funds General Directorship, Assignments, and Payments Management Information Systems Project. Barış also worked as a Software Specialist at Şekerbank, where they contributed to the ATM Management Information System Project, and at ETC / Havelsan as a Software Specialist.

Barış Pelitli obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Hacettepe University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they also earned a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2012.
