Berfin Yük

Berfin Yük has a diverse work experience in the field of application operations and IT support. Their most recent position was at Etiya, where they worked as a Senior Specialist in Application Operations starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Specialist in Application Operations at Etiya from May 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Etiya, Berfin worked as a Help Desk Specialist at DESTEK Bilgisayar ve İletişim Hizmetleri Tic. A.S. from March 2020 to May 2021. Berfin also gained experience as a Bilgi İşlem Stajyeri at T.C. Hendek Belediyesi from September 2018 to December 2018, and as a Stajyer at Turkcell Superonline from September 2015 to June 2016.

Berfin Yük completed their undergraduate degree in Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri (Management Information Systems) at Anadolu University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their associate degree in Bilgisayar Programlama/Programcı (Computer Programming/Programmer) from Sakarya University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained certifications in Sistem ve Ağ Uzmanlığı (System and Network Expertise) from Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı (Ministry of National Education) in December 2019, and in Genel İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği (General Occupational Health and Safety) from Bilgeİş in November 2019.
