Büşra Arı has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Büşra is currently working at Etiya as a Principal Specialist, Business Analysis. Prior to that, they worked at NETAŞ as a Senior Software QA Engineer, where they provided consulting services to Turkcell and worked on Oracle ERP implementation, testing, and documentation. Büşra also worked at MLPCARE as an ERP Systems Application Development Assistant Specialist, focusing on ERP system development and monitoring the processes of functional groups. Büşra has experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant at EXPERTEAM, where they conducted basic SQL tasks and worked part-time in the R&D department. Additionally, Büşra had internship experiences at Yıldız Holding as a Sales and Marketing Intern and at TAV Technologies as a Software Intern, where they gained knowledge in Oracle ERP, PLSQL, and software development processes.

Büşra Arı pursued their education from 2013 to 2018 at Yildiz Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Engineering.
