Jale Subaş

Jale Subaş began their work experience as a Waitress at Hillside House Restaurant in St. Ignace in 2013. In 2015, they had an internship at Arçelik A.Ş. In 2016, they had two internships, one at Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi where they practiced in the Purchasing and Production Planning departments, and another at Groupe Renault where they analyzed processes and developed an automation suggestion algorithm. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at MANASTIR Agency as a Project Management Specialist, where they designed a business model for e-commerce and common marketplace, aiming to increase e-export share in Turkey. Currently, they are working at Etiya as a Senior Specialist in Business Analysis.

Jale Subaş completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Uludag University from 2012 to 2017. Jale then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University between 2019 and 2021. In 2021, Jale also completed a specialization program in Big Data and Business Analytics at Istanbul Technical University. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to agile requirements foundations, business analysis foundations, and business analysis concepts from LinkedIn in early 2022.
