Mustafa ŞEN has a strong background in various industries and roles. Mustafa started their career as an intern at CLK Akdeniz Elektrik, where they actively participated in diverse projects within the R&D department. Mustafa then joined Menderes Tekstil A.Ş. as an intern and played an instrumental role in implementing lean production practices. At Migros Ticaret, they worked as an Engineer Intern and successfully completed a project focused on optimizing shelf space allocation.

Mustafa further developed their expertise in purchasing and material planning at VERİTAS Tekstil, where they worked as a Purchasing and Material Planning Specialist. At Akar Tekstil A.Ş., they took on the role of Purchasing and Material Planning Specialist and later transitioned to Sustainability Specialist. In these roles, they managed fabric procurement, material planning, and supplier relationships.

Currently, Mustafa is working as a Software Developer at Etiya. Mustafa actively contributes to the software development life cycle team and develops solutions for customer relationship management using Java. Mustafa stays updated with technology advancements and applies innovative approaches to project processes.

Mustafa ŞEN completed their education at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ). From 2010 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Then, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their academic degrees, Mustafa also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they obtained certifications in various subjects including Foreign Trade, Python Programming, Excel Macro Applications, General Occupational Health and Safety, Dealing with Difficult People, Workplace Psychological Harassment, Stress Management in Organizations, and Lidelik. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained several certifications related to Business Process Framework, Fundamentals of Customer Centricity, Information Framework, Open Digital Framework, and TM Forum Open API, all from the institution TM Forum.
